Giles Kathryn Dr

Wow. Reviews were spot on. The staff was wonderful, probably to make up for how rude Dr. Giles is. She is retiring next week so I don't know the good this will do but I felt the need to share my experience. She started off nice but things went sideways as soon as I tried to speak. I have been dealing with many issues off years and have been waiting for months to see specialists. You can imagine my frustration when I finally have an appointment in hopes to find answers only to get blown off before I can even get a few words out. She touched on One thing my family doctor had put in my chart and wouldn't even listen to any of my other concerns or symptoms...she just straight up kept interrupting me saying, "I don't have time for this" meanwhile there was only one person in the waiting room. I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time, I think an extra five minutes to explain myself and not be brushed off was warranted. Even if she didn't have time, she could have scheduled me in another day or referred me to another doctor since she is retiring. Just a complete disregard and no manners at all . I left the room crying and telling her I guess the reviews are right. Dr. Giles, you are dealing with the lives of your patients. Your patients who are negatively affected every day by their symptoms and have to wait months to see you. Have some bedside manner and learn to listen to your patients. You may be the professional but they are the ones dealing with these issues on a daily basis. As someone who has seen many health care providers, you were by far the worst
