My son went to this place for the first and last time. It was recommended by his friends and parents that he can do my sons curly hair.
I called to complain the receptionist was wonderful very polite very sympathetic. They offered him a free hair cut which we declined. He is 15 take time to talk to your customers, listen what they are asking for and if a picture or video is shown dont quickly brush them off. I found the male I spoke to was rude and when I was finished his words " r u done" well good bye.
